The Phrase Txoko Ona
Txoko (pronounced cho-ko) Ona literally means "good corner" in the Basque language Euskara.  "Txoko" refers to a gastronomical society, which are numerous in Euskadi.  These societies consist of friends and families who enjoy cooking and sharing good food.
The Corporation Txoko Ona
Txoko Ona is the name of the Basque corporation that we have recently formed.  The group is based out of Homdale, Idaho, but will be considered a Treasure Valley group.

The purposes for which the Corporation is organized and will be operated are as follows:
1.  As a social organization to preserve, promote and enhance the Basque culture, language and history and to maintain and promote cultural, social and economic ties with the Basque Country, its people, history, language and culture.
