Dear Txoko Ona Member:

The Annual Members Meeting for Txoko Ona, Inc. will be held Sunday, February 3, 2002 at the American Legion Hall in Homedale, Idaho. We will begin with a social hour at 12:00 P.M. followed by a potluck dinner at 1 :00 P.M. Txoko Ona will provide the meat entree along with wine, beer, pop, bottled water, and coffee for the dinner. We ask that you bring your favorite food and/or desert dish to share with the membership. The annual meeting will begin at 2:00 P.M. We have a number of items to discuss as described in the agenda. The following are highlights of our new business:

• Election of Board of Directors - We will be electing two directors and one alternate. The bylaws of Txoko Ona, Inc. require a nominating committee deliver at least one eligible member for election as there are vacancies to fill plus one alternate. The following eligible members have been contacted and have accepted nomination for a director position: Mary Jo Larzelier, Tony Uranga, Ric Uria and Roman Usabel. Further nominations may be made from the floor of the annual meeting.
• Txoko Ona Logo- The logo committee will be presenting to you three logos from which to select our official Txoko Ona logo.
• Annual Txoko Ona Dance- The upcoming dance on March 2, 2002 will be discussed. The dance chairmen and committee heads will need to be determined.

A twenty-member quorum is required for the election of directors and for the transaction of business. We hope to see you there.
