Building Project Update

A quorum of members attending the special meeting held on June 23, 2019, reviewed and approved the proposal to add additional patio space to the north of the building and add a patio extension to the building east of the kitchen. The addition to the north will double the size of our existing patio. The extension to the east will serve to facilitate the use of the kitchen with a covered area for outside events.

One method of financing the original construction of our facility in 2005-2006 was the use of member financing. Members individually loaned money secured by a promissory note to help finance the construction. A number of individuals have expressed an interest in loaning Txoko Ona money to assist in financing this new addition. We believe it is possible to raise the remaining funds with member financing.
